Shipping and return policy

Whatever I do, my goal is providing you with the best quality images and 100% customer satisfaction. All products will be shipped to you as soon as possible in a safe and environmentally friendly packaging.

Shipping costs

Delivery is possible to nearly all countries worldwide. You will be able to see the final shipping costs in your cart, once a product has been selected and your shipping adress has been entered. Alternatively you will be able to select a country for shipping in your cart and then update the total price calculation.

STANDARD shipping is only available for a limited amount of products and customers and does not include any insurance or tracking reference. PREMIUM shipping is available for all products and customers and always provides perfect packaging, combined with parcel tracking, meaning you will always be able to tell were your shipment is right now. PREMIUM shipping may also be faster and is generally more secure to make sure that your orders gets to you in the best possible quality.

Return policy

While I take the greatest care in delivering the best product possible, errors happen during production and shipping. Should you have received the wrong item or should it have been damaged during transport, please make sure to contact me within 14 days to sort things out. All posters, canvas and other items that are made for a custom order can not be returned. However, if the item has not been forwarded to production a cancellation and full refund might still be possible. Please contact me in this case as soon as possible. I would also like to point out that minor differences in colour are normal, as these also depend on the settings of your computer/device screen.

The MD-11 Calendar and postcards may be returned within 14 days after receiving it. Please note that you will have to bare the return shipping costs. Please contact me in that case as soon as possible, too.
